Overview
AI practice in schools is developing rapidly. This focused three-session format provides a durable framework without requiring a longer implementation curriculum, access to sensitive school data, or product-specific homework. It also accommodates a broad audience: newer practitioners gain a clear starting point, while experienced leaders gain governance, data-readiness, and implementation tools that can guide schoolwide decisions.
This Master Class will help enrollment professionals move beyond general AI awareness and make sound decisions about where AI belongs in their work. The series focuses on practical judgment: which tasks can be automated, which should be assisted, which must remain firmly human, and what data and governance conditions must be in place before a school proceeds.
The course is educational and not a product demonstration. Participants will work with realistic, anonymized or synthetic enrollment scenarios, apply a reusable decision framework, and leave with tools they can use regardless of their current systems or preferred vendors.
