Session 2: Permission to Fail – How Courage Creates Breakthroughs
This session addresses perfectionism and fear of failure, examining how risk-taking and experimentation contribute to leadership growth. Participants develop practical strategies for learning from mistakes and moving forward with confidence.
This session is part of the Advancing Women in Admission & Enrollment Leadership credential program and is not available for individual registration. Participants registered for the full program are automatically enrolled in all sessions.
