AL, TN, & MS Regional Meeting

Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM (CDT) to Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 3:00 PM (CDT)

AISAP is coming to the Mid-South!

Join admission, enrollment management, financial aid, and enrollment marketing colleagues from across the region for a day of in-person connection, practical idea-sharing, and professional learning — close to home and grounded in the realities of independent, private, and parochial schools across Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi.

Regional Meetings are where AISAP's global network gets local: a chance to step away from your desk, compare notes with peers who know your market, and bring fresh strategies back to your office. Whether you're new to the profession or a seasoned director, you'll leave with new ideas, new connections, and a renewed sense of community.

Who Should Attend

This event is open to AISAP members and non-members alike. All independent school professionals working in admission, enrollment, financial aid, and enrollment marketing are welcome.

What to Expect

  • Facilitated discussions on timely enrollment topics
  • Peer-to-peer networking with colleagues from across the region
  • Practical takeaways you can apply right away
  • A collegial, inclusive environment for professionals at all career stages

AISAP has not arranged a hotel room block for this event, so attendees are welcome to choose accommodations that best fit their preferences and budget. Below are the planning committee's recommendations.

Shelbyville (recommended)
Roughly 20 minutes from The Webb School. Wednesday evening's happy hour and dinner will be held in Shelbyville, making this the most convenient home base for the event.
Hotels in Shelbyville, TN

Murfreesboro (also recommended)
Roughly 35 minutes from The Webb School, in the opposite direction from Shelbyville. A solid option if you prefer a larger city with more dining and hotel choices.

Private vacation rentals
Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms have listings in Bell Buckle, Shelbyville, and Murfreesboro — worth exploring if you'd like more space or a quieter setting.

Extend your stay: Tims Ford Lake
Looking to turn the trip into a mini-vacation? The planning committee recommends a stay on Tims Ford Lake in Winchester, roughly an hour south of The Webb School.
