Certificate for Admission & Enrollment Professionals (CAEP©)

CAEP© is the admission and enrollment management profession's first and only certificate program — and the recognized hallmark of a committed professional. Originally developed in partnership with Vanderbilt's Peabody College and grounded in AISAP's Learning and Development Framework©, CAEP© pairs a self-paced online curriculum with a seasonal weekly cohort group: you build the fundamentals on your own schedule, then deepen them in real conversation with peers and experts.

Designed for professionals in admission and enrollment at PK–Grade 12/PG independent, private, and parochial schools, the program builds practical command of the field across six core areas:

• Admission Basics
• Operational and Office Management
• Marketing and Communications
• Revenue, Research, and Data Management
• Retention and School Loyalty
• Leadership and Management

What sets CAEP© apart is the weekly cohort experience. Over six weeks, your cohort meets once a week for 60 minutes, with each session led by experienced practitioners and industry experts who expand on that week's focus through discussion, real-world examples, and shared problem-solving. It's where the curriculum becomes conversation — and where you build peer relationships that outlast the course. Four cohort meetings are required to earn the certificate; attending all six is strongly encouraged.

Format & completion:

CAEP© is completed entirely online through AISAP Academy. Each lesson includes a study guide, and a final online assessment confirms your mastery. Complete the lessons, the required cohort meetings, and the assessment, and you'll earn the CAEP© distinction — a credential that signals your knowledge, your commitment, and your value to the schools and students you serve.
