Enrollment leadership is rarely technical. It is relational, high-stakes, and shaped by competing priorities, financial realities, and family expectations. All at once. Enrollment leaders are expected to make thoughtful, mission-aligned decisions while managing volatility, ambiguity, and urgency.
Yet very few leaders are given structured space to understand how their own leadership wiring shapes their responses under pressure. This series changes that.

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Each participant completes the Gallup CliftonStrengths® assessment before the first session. Rather than treating strengths as personality labels, this series examines how strengths influence decision-making under pressure, communication with families and colleagues, response to enrollment volatility, boundary-setting and executive presence, and energy management across the enrollment cycle.

This is leadership development grounded in real enrollment contexts, not theory.

◇ 1 CliftonStrengths® Assessment Included

◇ Applied Scenarios throughout

SESSIONS OVERVIEW

Session 1 - November 3, 2026 - Leading from Your Natural Wiring
Participants develop a deeper understanding of how their Clifton Strengths profile shapes their leadership identity, communication with families, and relational dynamics across the school.

Session 2 -November 10, 2026 - Strengths Under Pressure
Leaders examine how strengths intensify under stress, identify patterns of overuse, and practice regulating instinctive responses through applied enrollment scenarios.

Session 3 -November 17, 2027 - Strategic Leadership Through Strengths
The final session moves from insight to integration. Participants align strengths with long-term priorities and leave with a clear, practical leadership plan.

TIME: 1:00pm - 2:15pm ET
